You ask: "Who has forbidden Lord Allah’s amenities which He has produced for His servants, and the wholesome things from His sustenance?" You say: "It is for the believers in this world, and exclusively on the Day of Judgment, just like that We are explaining verses for the people who are having the Knowledge".
The Impartial Lord likes the believers who are His vicegerents to utilize all wholesome sustenance and amenities in this world. But He has given it more for the disbelievers because they will have only punishment in the Hereafter as explained in verses 3: 196-197. The aimful believer who considers Lord as the Impartial utilizes all the sustenance and amenities moderately in this world under the Light of Adhikr, and will utilize them for the wellbeing of thousand communities of Lord's creatures as explained in verses 2: 25; 3: 136 and 6: 38. It is told in verses 43: 33-35: "Were it not that all the mankind would become one community, surely Lord would have provided for the one who denies the Impartial, hoofs for their houses, staircases, doors and the coats for leaning made with silver and gem, everything is nothing but enjoyment in this world, while the Hereafter is for the heedful near Lord". The heedful are those who received the Truth Adhikr and testify It as It should be as told in verse 39: 33.
As told in verse 46: 20, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who hide and reject Adhikr will be brought near the Hellfire on the Day of Judgment and will be told to them: "You have passed your wholesome things in your worldly life, and you enjoyed them, so on This Day you will be rewarded with heinous punishment because you were arrogant on the earth without the Truth, and you were the transgressors".
